Our rugs are not machine washable .

Never soak your carpet in a large quantity of water , instead use a damp cloth .

If your carpet is stained, you can clean it with a solution of soapy water or baking soda .

Blot stains immediately. Do not rub the stain.

For a long life , vacuum regularly , avoiding the beating brush mode. New carpets naturally shed their hair. Do not brush.
If a thread comes loose, do not pull on the thread . Cut it with scissors.
Avoid placing the carpet on damp or wet surfaces. Please note that these carpets are not doormats.

Returns & Refunds

We ensure that all the product(s) you receive are of the highest quality
and passed through our 3 step quality check.

In case you receive a product with any kind of damage, stains on the rug, or more that 2-3% variation is size, please email us at support@rugsbykaynid.co.za.in within 48 hours of receiving the rug with proper pictures.

Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase amount.

Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused.
