Never soak your carpet in a large quantity of water , instead use a damp cloth .
If your carpet is stained, you can clean it with a solution of soapy water or baking soda .
Blot stains immediately. Do not rub the stain.
For a long life , vacuum regularly , avoiding the beating brush mode. New carpets naturally shed their hair. Do not brush.
If a thread comes loose, do not pull on the thread . Cut it with scissors.
Avoid placing the carpet on damp or wet surfaces. Please note that these carpets are not doormats.
