Our rugs are custom designed, it takes about 5-21 business days (depending on the number of orders) for design.

We deliver via various couriers namely : Ram, Aramex, Courier Guy, SkyNet & Internet Express.

After dispatching, orders are usually delivered in 3-5 working days

We charge a flat rate of R169 on all orders below R1999. Delivery for orders over R1999 is free

At the moment we only delivery in South Africa

These rugs typically have a lifespan of 15 to 20 years if used carefully, and placing them in low-traffic areas will maximize their longevity.

Please note that these rugs are not doormats.

New rugs shed naturally. Do not brush or scrub the rug.

Vacuum periodically, avoiding the beater brush mode.

Blot spills immediately. Do not rub the stain.

If a thread comes out, do not pull the yarn. Trim it with scissors.

Rotate the rug occasionally to evenly distribute wear and tear.

Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to prevent flattening and piling.

Periodic professional cleaning is recommended.

Do not fold the rug.

Avoid using the rug on damp or wet surfaces.

Use a rug pad to prevent the rug from slipping and sliding.
